Nestled in the center of Detroit’s entertainment district is The Statler French-American bistro. The Statler offers classic French-influenced cuisine with a slightly modern twist, crafted by Certified Master Chef Daniel Scannell, one of only 72 Certified Master Chefs® in the United States.
A chef-driven concept, The Statler is modeled after Parisian neighborhood cafes and caters to both adventurous and traditional diners alike. We take pride in using ingredients sourced from both local and international purveyors. When visiting The Statler, you are surrounded by sweeping, panoramic views of the Detroit skyline. You are within walking distance from venues like Comerica Park, The DAC, Detroit Opera House, Fox Theatre, Little Caesar’s Arena, and more. The Statler is excited to welcome you to dine with us. If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like to have a custom dessert created for your evening, we do have a pastry chef who can customize a cake or dessert for your event.
